Terms & Conditions of Club Membership

Payment of Fees

All fees are payable in advance and entitle the student(s) to train at each of the 2 weekly sessions and on Saturdays when invited to do so.

Refund policy

No refunds in any circumstances other than for genuine medical reasons. Your fee goes to booking your spot on the Dojo floor for the term. If you miss class due to other commitments, or simply decide to not attend, there is no refund.

A refund will only be given if you can provide a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner detailing that you cannot train on medical grounds. There will then only be a refund based on you missing up to 50% of the term. Meaning that at any one time, due to medical event, you will only get the maximum of 50% of the term fee.
You must notify the Dojo head or your Sensei within 7 days of the medical event occurring

Failure on your part to attend classes does not constitute a reason for a refund under any circumstances.

If you are asked to leave the club due to misconduct, or other anti-social behaviour, you are not eligible for a refund of your term fees.
